Day Trip to Essaouira from Marrakech

Pick up at your accommodations in Marrakech at 9:30 in the morning. Head to Essaouira (journey time approximately 2 and a half hours). Along the way we stop at a winery. We enjoy a tasting menu featuring five regional wines (white, rosé, gray and two reds), bread with olive oil and argan, salad, briouats, chicken tajine with onions and almonds, and a seasonal dessert. Meeting with the local guide upon arrival in Essaouira. We visit the medina with its orderly and rectilinear layout, the Skala de la Kasbah, a crenellated platform 200 meters long, the Moulay Hassan square, an ideal place to have tea, and its fishing port, the nerve center of the city and where boats, fish stalls and seagulls coexist in perfect harmony. Free time to wander the city. Head back at approximately 4:00 pm (time to be confirmed by the driver). During the return journey we stop in an argan cultivation area, where we see how goats climb trees to obtain this precious fruit. Arrival at the accommodations in Marrakech at approximately 7:00 pm. End of our services. Total approximate duration of the activity: 9 hours.
