O V E R V I E W

DAY 1 – Arrival in Marrakech: The Colors & Chaos of the Medina Airport pickup & transfer to riad in the medina. Afternoon photo walk around Jemaa el-Fna square, the souks, and Koutoubia Mosque best time for golden hour street photography. Dinner & overnight: Riad in Marrakech. DAY 2 – Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Draa Valley → Nkob Early morning departure (best light over the Atlas Mountains). Scenic stops along Tizi n’Tichka pass for landscape photos. Visit Ait Ben Haddou, UNESCO site perfect for architectural & cinematic photography. Continue via Ouarzazate and the Draa Valley, palm groves, kasbahs, and desert villages. Arrival in Nkob: The Kingdom of 45 Kasbahs Photo Focus: Mountain landscapes, kasbahs, Berber architecture, village life. Overnight: With Nomad in Bab N’Ali Stargazing . DAY 3 – Nkob → Alnif → Merzouga (Sahara Desert) Morning light photo session in Nkob . Drive through desert landscapes toward Merzouga. Arrive before sunset for camel trek into the dunes. Evening photography of sunset over Erg Chebbi dunes and night sky (Milky Way & stars) at camp. Photo Focus: Desert patterns, silhouettes, camel caravan, stargazing photography. Overnight: Luxury Desert Camp in Merzouga. DAY 4 – Merzouga → Todgha Gorges → Dades Valley sunrise photo session in the dunes. Depart to Todra Gorge for dramatic canyon shots and local life portraits. Continue through Dades Valley with its “Monkey Fingers” rock formations and serpentine road. Sunset shoot at Dades Gorge viewpoint. Photo Focus: Canyon contrasts, natural textures, and golden-hour valleys. Overnight: Hotel in Dades Valley. DAY 5 – Dades Valley → Roses Valley → Ouarzazate → Marrakech Early morning landscape session in the valley. Visit Kasbah Amridil in Skoura — ideal for cultural & architectural shots. Continue through the Atlas Mountains back to Marrakech. Photo Focus: Traditional kasbahs, palm groves, and road trip scenery. Overnight: Riad in Marrakech. DAY 6 – Departure Day Breakfast and transfer to Marrakech airport depending on flight time. End of photography tour.
